Attorney for Chiefs WR Tyreek Hill, in a letter to NFL denies his client’s abused child

The attorney for the Chief’s wide receiver Tyreek Hill has sent a 4 pages long letter to the NFL where they denied the allegations made against him for child abuse.

Trey Pettlon, the attorney of Tyreek Hill accused Hills’ fiancé named Crystal Espinal of the abusing their 3 years old son.

Espinal actually recorded a conversation between the couple which was later broadcasted by the KCTV.

Espinal said in the recording as follows, “He kept saying ‘Daddy punches me,’ which you do when he starts crying. What do you do? You make him open up his arms, and you punch him in the chest.”

As for Pettlon, he wrote in the letter to NFL as follows, “He (Hill) categorically denies he has ever ‘punched’ his son in the chest or anywhere on his body, or otherwise touched him in the chest in a mean-spirited manner or as a form of discipline.”

He also made the record in the letter regarding the child’s broken arm that hospital that treated him states that it was an accident.

As for the child, he is currently not living with either of his parents since being removed last month by the Kansas Department for Children and Families.

Authorities of the Kansas City have been investigating two separate incidents which are one form March 5th and one from March 14th that took place at the Hill’s residence in Overland Park, Kansas. During these both incidents, Police reported that a juvenile was involved.

Calk Hunt, the Kansas City Chiefs chairman, and CEO said that he along with the front office said that they are deeply disturbed by the audio. Still, they had not given any explanation regarding as to why they did not release him from the franchise.

Hunt stated that they cannot elaborate on the situation due to the ongoing investigation.

As of now, the team has barred Hill from participating in any of their team activities but still has not cut ties with him.
