Bryce Harper throws the ball from the right field to third base for a distance of 310 feet in Phillies vs. Nationals game

Bryce Harper has become a thorn in his former team’s side after he smacked a home run to the right-field at the game held at Nationals Park.

Harper has signed a 13-year contract with the Philadelphia Phillies after being part of the Washington nationals for 7 long years. After leaving his team, Harper has not let go of any chance to show off against his former team.

With Nationals having one out during the 2nd innings in a game played at Citizen bank park located in Philadelphia, the outfielder of Nationals, Victor Robles struck for an extra-base hit to the right-center field.

Harper, who was manning the right field picked the ball off from the warning track and threw it back while Robles was trying to sprint for a triple. However, his run came short after Harper threw the ball from 310 feet away to the Maikel Franco, the third baseman of Phillies to retire Robles.

According to the statistics, the throw from Harper reached almost 93.5 mph.

Still, on the Saturday night, the last laugh went to the nationals after Juan Soto struck 2-run homer during the 9th inning to hand Nationals a 4-3 lead.

With this win, Nationals improve to be at 49-42 while Phillies drop down to be at 47-45.
