Dallas Cowboys 24-31 Chicago Bears: Mitchell Trubisky makes three touchdowns

The game of NFL between the Chicago Bears and the Dallas Cowboys ended in a 31-24 win for the Cowboys. Mitchell Trubisky led the Cowboys by throwing for 3 TDs as well as rerunning for a score at the Soldier Field.

Trubisky, the QB for the Dallas cowboys threw 31 passes and completed 23 of them for 244 yards along with his 3 TD apses along with running to score 1 point that allowed the Dallas Cowboys to improve on the season by 7-6.

On the other hand, Prescott, the QB for the Bears completed 27 of his 49 passes for a total of 344 yards along with 1 TD. This win improves the hopes for Dallas Cowboys to reach the playoffs.

In this matchup between two disappointing teams of NFL who reached the playoffs of the last season, Bears were coming to this game with their 4th win in the last 5 games after losing 4 before in a row.  As for the Dallas Cowboys, who had an impressive season start with 3-0 record, slumped to lose 7 of their last 10 games to be at 6-7.

Trubisky said, “I think it shows that we are a really resilient bunch. We all stick together and we believe in each other even when nobody else believes in us.  It is a really special group in that locker room. We just want to keep this feeling going.”

Trubisky was able to shake off the early interception to match his career-high of TD throws along with setting one with the 63-yard rush. It also includes his 23-yard dash during the 4th quarter to score a point and make the score 31-14.

Up next for Cowboys is the home game against the Los Angeles Rams whereas Bears will take on the Green bay packers at the Lambeau Field.
