Harden scores 8 3s as Rockets defeat Kings by 127-101

James Harden and the Houston Rockets are finding their rhythm at just about the right time.

Harden scored 8 3-pointers as he scored 36 points to lead the Rockets for a win against the Sacramento Kings by 127-101 on Wednesday night.

Harden said, “we played really, really well. We are kind of getting our momentum and it certainly feels good. It will be even better when we get our entire roster back.

Rockets, who were on their four-game road trip, closed the trip with their 3rd consecutive win.

They are also looking to add Iman Shumpert in their league of talented shooters. Other players from Rockets side like Gerald Green scored 25 points as he matched his season high while Eric Gordon scored 20 points.

Talking about Shumpert, harden said, “Shump is a veteran player who can help us defensively and in ball handling. He is lately playing very well this season. Once he gets in here and gets a couple of practices then let’s go.”

Houston Rockets have now won 7 games with 20 or more points with two games on their road trips.

As for Sacramento Kings, they were led by Buddy Hield who scored 20 points and 10 rebounds while Marvin Bagley III scored 10 points and 10 boards. The Kings before this loss won three consecutive games and 4 of their last 5 games.

Up next, Houston Rockets will host a game against the Oklahoma City Thunder on Saturday night while Sacramento Kings will host a game against the Miami Heat on Friday night.
