The wait for Valtteri Bottas for a win for the 2019 season came to an end with a spectacular 1st place finish at the F1 Japanese GP. Lewis Hamilton also finished at 3rd place allowing Mercedes to win the F1 2019 Constructors Championship.

Ferrari was on the lockout or the front row and made way for Sebastian Vettel to be at the 2nd place of the race while the 7th place Charles Leclerc was penalized following his collision with Max Verstappen on the very first lap. He was handed many time penalties after the race.

Hamilton tried his best to chase Vettel for the 2nd place of the race but the man from Ferrari was able to maintain his lead till the end. Still, this 2nd place finish for Ferrari was not able to win them their 6 Constructors’ Championship crowns in a row.

With Bottas finishing at 1st place, he has taken the lead of Hamilton by 9 points making his points to be 64. Now the Driver from England will have a chance of wrapping up for the 6th driver’s title when the Mexican GP will be held on 27th October.
