The online records of the Albuquerque Police department show that a letter was sent to Jones which he did not return but still p[aid the cash bond of 300 dollars last Sunday. As for his next court date, it is not yet scheduled.
This is not the first time Joes have been in trouble with the law as back in 2012 he barely avoided jail following a DWI charge as he ran his Bentley in a utility pole standing in the upstate New York area. As for April 25, 2015, he was reportedly involved in a hit and run which left a pageant woman with one broken arm. This incident caused his UFC title to be stripped off of him. His probation terms for this case were violated after he participated in a drag race.
