Mike Fiers’ no-hitter, this feat makes no sense at all as baseball is a weird game

It was midnight as Mike Fiers, the pitcher of Oakland Athletics sat behind the dais trying to explain as to what really happened on Tuesday night. He actually found himself struggling with emotions as it made no sense at all.

The game was 15 minute behind from not being played due to a technical fault of the left field light bank.

Fiers was also not scheduled for pitching but A’s made a shuffle on their off-day.

He managed to throw a no-hitter in the Oakland VS Cincinnati Red Game which Oakland won by 2-0 at the Oakland Coliseum. As for the Fiers’ no-hitter, it was the first for this MLB season and the 300th in the history of MLB.

Fiers said, “A lot of things just happened tonight. It is so weird that you simply cannot write this stuff down. Baseball is no doubt a weird game. I don’t know, I myself am a little kooky playing it.”

Below is the video of the first no-hitter of this MLB season and the celebration by the A’s.
