Robert Kraft, the owner of NFL team New England Patriots wins the court ruling for suppressing the video evidence

In another turn of events related to the prostitution charges against the NFL team New England Patriot owner Robert Kraft, a Florida judge has given the ruling to suppress the prosecutors from showing the video that allegedly features Kraft paying for sex at a massage parlor.

The ruling was passed by the judge named Leonard Hanser on Monday in which he states that the Jupiter Police did not follow the right procedures as they installed the hidden cameras that have secretly recorded Kraft visiting the Orchids of Asia Day Spa back in January 2 times.

Hanser in his ruling wrote that the detectives of the case did not do enough in order to minimize the effect of the invasion of privacy for the other customers who did not commit any crimes.

Previously, the prosecutors of the case argued that the warrant to install these cameras was a legal one and was carried out in order to stop a felony level prostitution operation. Prosecutors are expected to make an appeal against this recent ruling by Judge Hanser.

As for the 77 years old accused Kraft, he has not pled guilty to his charges of misdemeanor solicitation of a prostitute.
