Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters; Lorenzo Sonego wins over Cameron Norrie in their match

Cameron Norrie, the British no. 2 was defeated in his third round match of the Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters by the Italian player Lorenzo Sonego by 6-2 and 7-5.

Earlier, Cameron Norrie managed to win over his second round opponent Marton Fucsovics in what was a tough match.

However, the 23 years old world rank no. 56 had a tough match against Sonego; the world rank no. 96, who won over Cameron Norrie.

As for the Nadal, he managed to extend his bid for the 12th Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters title after he defeated his third round opponent Grigor Dimitrov by 6-4 and 6-1.

As for Novak Djokovic, he at first struggled to find his rhythm in his match against Philipp Kohlschreiber but in the match against Taylor Fritz, he won the match easily by 6-3 and 6-0.

With this win, Djokovic has set himself a match against the Russian player Daniil Medvedev for their bid of a semi-final spot.

Medvedev managed to win his match against the 6th seeded Stefanos Tsitsipas by 6-2, 1-6 and 6-4.

As for the last year’s French Open finalist Dominic Thiem, he got defeated by Dusan Lajovic by 6-3 and 6-3.
