Seattle Seahawks 37-30 Minnesota Vikings: Rashaad Penny leads the strong win of Seahawks

The game of NFL between the Seattle Seahawks and the Minnesota Vikings ended with a 37-30 win for the Seahawks. Rashaad Penny led the strong win of the Seattle Seahawks with his 1 rushing TD and his 1 rushing TD while Russell Wilson added in his 60-yard TD pass.

With this win, Seattle Seahawks are now 10-2 on the season, same as the San Francisco 49er for being at the top of the NFC West with still 4 games left for the regular season. These final few games will decide who will be taking the divisional title.




As for Minnesota Vikings, they fell to 8-4 on the season with this loss and are behind the Green bay Buccaneers who are 9-3 on the season, for the race of the NFC North. They are only 1 game ahead of the Los Angeles Rams who are 7-5 on the season for the wild-card game.

Vikings lost their star RB Dalvin Cook following a shoulder injury during the third quarter as he fumbled midway.

Russell Wilson, the QB for the Seattle Seahawks was able to complete 21 of his 31 passes for a total of 240 passing yards and also came up with few notable plays in the game to lead the Seahawks to their 5th win in a row. He had the most incredible play during the 1st half when his pass deflected but the caught by Anthony Wilson to return it as a touchdown.

Although Wilson played his part in the game, it was running back Rashaad and Chris Carson who made an impressive stand for the Seattle Seahawks’ defense in this game. Both of them totaled in 176 rushing yards as the whole team had 218 rushing yards. This the most rushing yards allowed by the Vikings in this entire season.

Up next, Minnesota Vikings will host a game at the weekend against the Detroit Lions who are 3-8-1 on the season. As for the Seahawks, they will be taking on LA Rams next Monday night.
