Trial against Robert Kraft, owner of New England Patriots team is postponed indefinitely

The trial for alleged engagement of New England Patriots team owner Robert Kraft for paying for sex at a massage parlor has been suspended indefinitely.

The judge named Leonard Hanser of the Palm Beach County made a decision to postpone the appeal of prosecutors related to Hanser’s previous decision of disallowing the secretly shot surveillance footage of Kraft at the parlor.

With the key evidence of the surveillance footage being suppressed, the case against the 77 years old Kraft can end who has been charged with a misdemeanor for allegedly paying for sex at a massage parlor located in Jupiter, Florida.

Hanser disallowed the video evidence in the light of police not taking enough precautions to not invade the privacy of the other customers of the spa who were there to receive only massages.

The footage was taken by police allegedly shows Kraft to be participating in sexual acts at the parlor named Orchids of Asia Day Spa at the night before the morning when the Patriots won the AFC Championship game against the Kansas City Chiefs back on January 20th.
