USA beats Australia by 102-86 in the pre FIBA World Cup game

A huge group of fans was not happy to watch the game of the USA VS Australia for the Pre FIBA world Cup game in Australia.

Kemba Walker led with his 23 points for USA’s victory by 102-86 against Australia on Thursday in front of the 51218 crowds in a stadium that is used for featuring cricket, Australian football or soccer games.

The roof of the Marvel Studio had to be closed while the court was raised in the middle of the field that was surrounded by white chairs in hundreds for 20 deep rows. These rows were made for fans who paid for seating.

Still, some of the fans including a Hollywood actor Russell Crowe was not happy about the seating arrangement. He took it to social media to say that one seat cost about 1500 Australia Dollars which is 1000 US dollars but he still was not able to see any of the players.

Crowe wrote on social media, “If you were not among the 50000 fans and instead chose to watch this game on TV at your home, then it was a good decision. The only thing we achieved tonight was to join the promoters for ripping off the lovers of the sport. It was an utter farce.”

The main consumer agency of Australia revealed on Friday that they are investigating if the basketball fans were misled by the promoters on Information about seats and the expected NAB players who were going to play at this game.

Even before the game started, Australian Competition and Consumer Commission have said that they have already received over hundreds of complaints about misleading the ticketholders about which NBA players were going to play in this game and they wanted refunds.

Many ticketholders got the refund after they were told that LeBron James and Stephen Curry would be in the US team that will play in the world cup that starts in China on 31st August.
