Young, Sabonis, Evans trio push Pacers past Hawks for a win by 129-121

Victor Oladipio loves it hen Pacers get so many players involved in the offense.

The Wednesday night game of basketball between Indiana Pacers VS Atlanta Hawks ended in a defeat for the Hawks by 129-121.

The trio from Pacer; Thaddeus Young scored 21 points while Domantas Sabonis and Tyreke Evans both scored 19 points each for team’s win.

Oladipio said everybody was scoring; we had a very balanced scoring tonight. We just have t get better scoring every game”.

The Pacer who came to play with the third best record in the Eastern Conference has now won 10 of their last 12 games. Eight players were used by Coach Nate McMillan and all of them finished in double figures. Indiana Pacers also matched the season high of 25 assists in this game as well.

McMillan said, “When guys are open, you have to give hem ball. You shoot a better percentage when you move the ball and your feet. That is what our players did tonight”.

As for the Hawks, they were led by Kent Bazemore who tied his career high 32 points while John Collins added in 21 points with 11 rebounds and Dewayne Dedmon added in his 18 points along with his season-best 15 rebounds.

Darren Collins of the Pacers ended the night with 11 points and 8 assists for the team while Tare Young scored 17 points and nine assists for the Atlanta Hawks.

Bazemore talking about the Hawks defeat said, “It’s a good measuring stick for us. We came up a little short but we are still learning and we are growing”.

Up next, Indian Pacers will host a game against Detroit Pistons on Friday while Atlanta Hawks will play against Minnesota Timberwolves on Friday.
