Dallas Cowboys 22-30 Los Angeles Rams: Rams defeated Cowboys and advanced to NFC Championship

The Saturday night’s playoff game of football between Dallas Cowboys VS Los Angeles Rams ended with the Rams win by 22-30.

Los Angeles Rams ran for 237 yards against Dallas Cowboys fifth-best run defense as they managed to win the game and advance to the NFC championship game taking place next Sunday.

C.J. Anderson of the Rams ran for 123 yards along with his 2 TDs while Todd Gruel ran for 115 yards with 1 TD.

This was the first time, the Rams had two 100 yards rusher in the postseason game and their total of 273 rushing yards was also a franchise playoff record.

Rams were aggressive during the first half as both Anderson and Gurley made combined 158 yards along with two TDs on heir 22 carries.

Cowboys kept it tight too as they held two field goal attempts from Rams.

Dallas fought until the end as Dak Prescott led his team for a 75 yards drive for scoring one point with two minutes to the game. QB kept the ball at the goal line to finish the 12 play drive.

Rams with this win are now going to the NFC championship where they will play either against New Orleans Saints or Philadelphia Eagles.

Cowboys 0-3 Rams: Greg Zuerlien made a 25-yard field goal.

Cowboys 7-3 Rams: Dak Prescott made a 29-yard pass to Amari Cooper.

SECOND QUARTER

Cowboys 7-6 Rams: Greg Zuerlien made a 23-yard field goal.

Cowboys 7-13 Rams: C.J. Anderson made a 1-yard run.

Cowboys 7-20 Rams: Todd Gurley made a 35-yard run.

THIRD QUARTER

Cowboys 7-23 Rams: Greg Zuerlien made a 44-yard field goal.

Cowboys 15-23 Rams: Ezekiel Elliott made a 1-yard run.

FOURTH QUARTER

Cowboys 15-30 Rams: C.J. Anderson made a 1-yard run.

Cowboys 22-30 Rams: Dak Prescott made a 1-yard run.
