LeBron scores 31 as LA Lakers beat Cavs by 128-99 for their 9th win in a row

LeBron James and Kevin Love have not played against each other since their memorable partnership of 4 years when they both played for Cleveland Cavaliers but now LeBron is with LA Lakers.

After the first meeting of LeBron and Love after LeBron moved to West Coast, this was the first win for LA Lakers and they also get to renew their friendship with their friend Tristan Thompson which is much bigger than NBA.

Love said, “That a brotherhood. This is a bond that can never be broken. You all saw me and Tristan with him out there. That is something we will always remember and this is the thing that we will take to our graves. He I my other for life and it feels really weird playing against him.”

James had 23 of his 31 total points for LA Lakers dominant 2nd half while Dwight Howard scored 21 points with 15 rebounds for LA Lakers as they won over Cleveland Cavaliers by 128-99 victory. This was the 9th straight win for the LA Lakers.

LA Lakers were able to have their most wonderful scoring 2nd half in the last 33 years as they scored 81 points. LeBron helped his tem with his energy as he also had 8 assists which includes making a pass to Isaiah Thomas for allowing him to be at 8th place of the NBA’s career list.

James said after the game, “Defensively, we have got stops and we had a great pace. Even when they had scored; we got the ball and remained consistent with our pace. We played tonight with a lot of balance.”

Kevin Love led the Cavs with his 21 points along with 11 rebounds while Tristan Thompson added in his 17 points with 10 rebounds and Darius garland and Collin Sexton both scoring 16 points each.

Up next, Cavs will have a game with LA Clippers in LA on Tuesday while LA Lakers will host a game against the Orlando Magic on Wednesday.
