Tennessee Titans 17-34 Houston Texans: AFC South leaders win their eighth straight game

On Monday night football of Tennessee Titans vs. Houston Texans, Texans broke the franchise record as they won their 8th straight game against Titans by 34-17.

Demaryius Thomas was the star of the night with his two TDs.

Deshaun Watson; the QB for Texans threw for 210 yards for the night and also ran for a 15 yard score. He also threw two TD passes Thomas.

In the team’s first game since their founder died on Friday; Texans honored Robert McNair by wearing helmets which had his initial “RCM” on the back.

With that reminder on their helmets, Texans were motive to win the game and became the first ever team in NFL history to win eight straight games after starting from a deficit of 0-3.

FIRST QUARTER

Titans 3-0 Texans: Ryan Succop made a 31-yard field goal.

Titans 10-0 Texans: Marcus Mariota made a 61-yard touchdown pass to Jonnu Smith.

Titans 10-7 Texans: Deshaun Watson made a 12-yard touchdown pass to Demaryius Thomas.

SECOND QUARTER

Titans 10-14 Texans: Watson made a 15-yard touchdown run.

Titans 10-21 Texans: Lamar Miller made a 97-yard touchdown run.

Titans 10-24 Texans: Fairbairn made a 43-yard field goal.

THIRD QUARTER

Titans 10-27 Texans: Fairbairn made a 47-yard field goal.

Titans 17-27 Texans: Mariota made a 48-yard touchdown pass to Corey Davis.

FOURTH QUARTER

Titans 17-34 Texans: Watson made a 10-yard touchdown pass to Thomas.
