Inter draws 1-1 against Slavia Prague in opener of Champions League

In the opening match for the Champions League held on Tuesday against Inter Milan and Slavia Prague, Inter needed the injury time from Nicolò Barella to draw the match by 1-1.

Barella took the ball for a volley after having a free kick which then hit the crossbar and into the goal post.

23 years old Striker of Slavia, Peter Olayinka was the most trouble for Milan throughout the game as he placed his team in lead during the hour mark after truing a cross into a goal, from a cross range.

Inter had already won its 3 matches for the Serie A to gain the 2 points lead but against their Czech opponents they struggled quite a bit and were only able to score one goal in the first half.

Making things worse for the Inter Milan, their keyfielder named Antonio Candreva had to go out shortly out of the game following an injury.

Previously in the group stages, Salvia defeated CRF CLuj by 1-0 in 2 matches during eh playoffs and finally giving a strong challenge to Chelsea during eh last season of Europa League’s quarterfinals as they lost the chance to semifinals on aggregate of 4-3.

Previously against Italy, Slavia had lost all of its 6 matches.
