Boston Bruins complete a sweep of Eastern Conference Finals against Carolina Hurricanes to play in the Stanley Cup Final

Nobody liked as to how Boston Bruins played in the game 3 of the Eastern Conference finals, not even the players themselves.

Players of Boston; David Pastrnak, Patrice Bergeron and Brad Marchand have a special bond in between them and they instantly know when something is not sitting right in the game.

Assistant coaches of the Bruins sat down with these three to show them a video from Game 3 and it was not about teaching. Bruce Cassidy said, “It was shown to them to remind them that they are stars and to show them that this is what makes them successful.”

Cassidy knew that this would allow them to be motivated on the big night and he was right. In the Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals of NHL, these three big players joined hands to score 4 goals along with 4 assists to give Bruins their Game 4 win by 4-0 against the Carolina Hurricanes on Thursday night.

With this win, Bruins have a clean sweep of the East’s finals and earned themselves a place in the upcoming Stanley Cup final.

Now the Bruins will be waiting to play against the winner of the Western Conference Finals which is being played between the San Jose Sharks and St. Louis Blues. Currently, Sharks are leading the series by 2-1.

This is a rare chance for New England to win three of the four major sports titles in North America. New England Patriots and Boston Red Sox already hold the titles for the NFL and MLB for the previous seasons.
